Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Craftsperson with a background in fine, detailed work—whether sculpting, jewelry-making, model-building, or other precision crafts. The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on environments, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in creating objects of exceptional quality and beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

Handcraft and assemble components with tight tolerances Work with wood, metal, and/or composite materials Sculpt, shape, or machine parts to precise tolerances Collaborate with our team of highly skilled artisans Perform finishing, polishing, and inspection for quality control Contribute ideas for process improvements and custom work

Preferred Backgrounds:

Sculptor, model-maker, jeweler, or instrument maker Dental technician, watchmaker, or fine woodworker Experience in restoration, silver-smithing, or prototyping Familiarity with traditional hand tools and modern machinery Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in fine craft or fabrication Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to follow drawings and instructions Self-motivated with a collaborative mindsetWhy Join Us?
