//www.ametek.com/ The Assembler- Fan, Blower and Modules will enable company success by performingduties to assemble, inspect, and solder variety of designs andsizes of fractional horsepower fans, blowers, and modules,including assembly of electrical & mechanical subcomponents. Theassembler will also read and interpret blueprints, position parts,and connections for the correct fit. Read and interpret, routings,assembly drawings, workstation instructions, part lists and allapplicable documentation. Validate all parts are present prior tobeginning job and before moving job to the next step. Assemblefinal fan, blower & module products from electrical and mechanicalsubcomponents. Perform a wide range of tasks to assemble a fan,blower & module. Tasks include, but not limited to: operation ofequipment to assemble mechanical subcomponents (i.e. balancingoperation) and magnetizing. Verify specifications and measurementsper drawing. Measure parts using basic measuring tools (i.e. ruler,calipers). Basic math, algebra a plus for test (equipment set-upand comprehension). Inform team lead or supervisor of any assemblyor production issues. Ensure workstation is clean and safe. Informteam lead of supplies and tooling needs as they arise. Maintainhigh quality. Meet company output expectations. Complete all inprocess inspection requirements. Read and interpret wiring diagramsand hook-up assemblies per drawing. Obtain and hold a soldercertificate and complete yearly ESD training. Install stator leadwires, into PC board and housing, use tweezers, cutters, screwdrivers. Follows all safety policies and procedures, includingrequired PPE for the respective job being performed. Perform otherrelated tasks as required by team lead, cell lead, or supervisor.
