Day Shift Job Summary:

We are hiring Sushi Production Line Workers to join our central kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare, assemble, and package sushi products in a high-volume production environment for distribution to multiple store locations. No experience required — we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other products on the production line. Prepare ingredients such as sushi rice, seafood, vegetables, and sauces. Operate basic kitchen equipment (rice mixers, cutting tools, rolling machines). Ensure product quality, appearance, and consistency meet company standards. Package and label finished products for delivery. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Previous sushi or food production experience is a plus but not required. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold food production environment. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs. Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team. Flexible schedule availability is preferred.
