In a short time, we have become a leader in the Water and Wastewater industry. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to fill several positions in our manufacturing shop. This position is responsible for ensuring that our product is manufactured and assembled to meet our customer deadlines. You will assemble component parts into high quality water control gates. You will also work cooperatively with the other members of the shop floor and management team to support other tasks as required. Essential duties and

Responsibilities:

Combining sub-assemblies into one complete unit, meeting deadlines Attaching sealants and gaskets along frames according to specifications and drawings Using power tools to complete assembly Touching up of products prior to shipment to meet company standards Utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks to move product Using griding wheels and chemical cleaners to prepare materials for assembly Special projects as assigned by the shop supervisors

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis Ability to work in variety of outdoor weather conditions as needed Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or machine shop type environment Ability to read, interpret, and analyze 2D CAD drawings, and use a tape measure Ability to use common hand and power tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Capable of working independently with minimal supervision or within a team setting

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
