salary:

$19 – $28 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM – 3 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Perform hand soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components according to IPC standards. Inspect solder joints for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings. Utilize various soldering tools and equipment safely and effectively. Rework and repair defective solder joints and components. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
