Assembly Line Worker Job Description Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce commercial refrigeration and/or commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. Responsibilities Perform repetitive assembly line operations. Mass-produce commercial refrigeration and heating/air conditioning equipment. Use basic hand tools to perform assembly tasks. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Proficient in performing basic assembly using basic hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Work Environment The facility operates with approximately 250 employees, with 150 on the 1st shift. This position is on the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 3pm-11:30pm). The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. The facility is not air-conditioned, but fans are used to cool the area during the summer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 – $16.80/hr.
