Fabrication Technician Stanton Wash Systems Warminster, PA 18974 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components according to specifications. This role requires proficiency in various fabrication techniques and the ability to work with a range of tools and machinery. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Fabricate metal components using various methods including plasma cutting and welding. Assemble parts and structures using hand tools and machinery. Operate press brake machines and machinery (grinders, power tools, etc.) Measure cut and prepare materials to spec. Support welding and finishing operations. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred. Welding experience or certifications is a plus, we are willing to train in this area. Proficiency in operating hand tools, press brake machines, and cranes Familiarity with plasma cutting techniques is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
