Assembler Job Description The assembler is responsible for creating harness assembly boards that serve as a framework for unit assemblies, working from schematics and diagrams to determine board layout requirements, testing continuity of harness assemblies to ensure defect-free unit assembly, and reporting test results to the production manager. This role involves using various hand tools, impact tools, power tools, and non-power tools. Responsibilities Create harness assembly boards as a framework for unit assemblies. Essential Skills Assembly Mechanical assembly Power tool usage Tape measure proficiency Understanding of schematics and blueprints Additional Skills & Qualifications Six months of prior mechanical assembly experience preferred Why Work Here? Work Environment Our light industrial manufacturing facility operates Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with no weekend work required. The facility mandates personal protective equipment, including closed-toed shoes and safety glasses, to ensure a safe working environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mont Alto, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
