• Continuous Improvement Duties and responsibilities This is a list of the primary job responsibilities, but you are also expected to help in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the Belmont Team as a whole.
• Assemble cargo trailers, including but not limited to, electrical wiring and lighting, fastening plywood floors and walls, installing exterior panels and trims, and more, within the proper time and quality standards acceptable to your supervisor.
• Learn and become familiar with Standard Work, 5S and other Lean manufacturing methods.
• Collaborate with the Team to reduce production times and to reduce defective products.
• Make sure that your work meets the Belmont Quality Standards.
• Be aware of your processes and your surroundings and perform your work in a safe manner. Qualifications Self-Motivating

• $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience
