What You’ll Do As Lead Millwork & Cabinetry Finisher:

Lead the finishing department by setting priorities, managing workflow, and maintaining quality standards. Mix, match, and apply stains, dyes, glazes, paints, and clear finishes to custom cabinetry and millwork. Train and mentor team members in finishing techniques, safety practices, and efficient processes. Inspect finished products, correct defects, and ensure all work meets client specifications. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and care for all finishing equipment and spray booths. Collaborate with production and project managers to stay on schedule and support team goals. Apply lean practices and contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Work full-time:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM (40-45 hours/week).

Our Ideal Lead Millwork & Cabinetry Finisher:
Experienced:

Brings 3+ years of wood finishing or automotive painting/refinishing experience, a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent skill level), and preferably 2+ years of leadership experience. If you’ve worked in automotive refinishing, your skills with surface prep, spray equipment, and color matching translate well to our finishing process. A background in cabinetry, millwork, or construction is a plus.

Self-starter:

Takes initiative, stays organized, and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.

Positive Attitude:

Brings a can-do mindset and encourages a productive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Problem-solver:

Approaches challenges with creativity and focus to deliver high-quality results.

Team Player:

Willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed and meet project deadlines.

Tech-savvy:

Proficient in MS Word; experience with project management software is a plus.

Active:

Able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. What we offer our
