Position Overview:

As a key member of our production team, you’ll play an integral role in crafting exceptional products, from medical simulators to amusement park ride components and more. Your work will involve using both hand and pneumatic tools to assemble, disassemble, and ensure the quality of each product. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team, all while prioritizing safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation of medical simulators, amusement ride components, and other innovative products Work both independently and in small teams under the guidance of an experienced supervisor to produce high-quality, hand-cast parts Apply basic math knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and material calculations Trim excess materials from parts to meet specifications. Accurately track part progress and production activities using our software system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Demonstrate proficiency in using small hand tools, including pneumatic tools, with attention to detail and precision. Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets, while also being able to take initiative and complete tasks independently as needed.

First shift, Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Overtime may be required
