We are currently seeking a Fabricator to support our production team in building top-tier process equipment with precision and pride. Position Summary The Fabricator is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process through the precise forming, fitting, and assembly of metal components in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements Accurately measure and lay out components using tape measures, digital levels, calipers, and fillet gauges Form, fit, and assemble stainless steel components for tanks, filter housings, and process equipment Operate forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all fabricated parts meet defined dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards Maintain accurate records of work performed and report progress or issues to supervision Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related manufacturing roles preferred Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Familiarity with fabrication tools and safe lifting practices Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment Why Join Us?
