For more information on our company please see our web site at www.sens-usa.com. Summary We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As an Intermediate Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. Responsibilities Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality. Required Qualifications Ability to follow detailed work and testing instructions, both written and verbal. Strong communication skills with a positive and customer focused mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively as a team player. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of responsibility. Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks. Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Intermediate computer skills. Soldering knowledge and experience a plus.
