Finish carpentry and woodworking skills required. 1st Shift, Monday – Friday. Mandatory OT as needed for production. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble semi-custom single door units Prep material for assembly using exact measurements Operate several different saws to cut material Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly Use power tools for special door prep Apply special hardware, such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks and panic hardware

Qualifications:

Ability with specialized carpentry tools Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic staple gun and other electric tools when necessary Must be able to read tape measure Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to read and understand English Reading and interpreting technical drawings Specialty Building Products is the leading distributor of specialty building products in North America.
