  • First shift 5am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday Contract Duration:

6-12 months with possibility of contract extension or direct hire

Summary:

As a manufacturing associate, you play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. Your dedication and hard work directly contribute to the creation of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. By ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, you are an integral part of the team.

Job Duties:
  • Perform the production and assembly of various products and parts.
  • Test the products to ensure they meet specified requirements and document the processing conditions.
  • Adhere to production guidelines and specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of production and report any discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processing/fabrication equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
