Assemblers Element2 Group Pawtucket, RI 02860 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with various tools and equipment. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards. Duties Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process. Experience Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes is essential.
