This position requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assembling components, handling materials, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production. Duties Utilize power tools and precision measuring instruments to cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass components. Apply airless paint spraying techniques to finish products as required. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist in the assembly of fiberglass structures and components as needed. Employ basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the laminating process. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills related to fiberglass laminating and industrial painting. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency with power tools and mechanical equipment is essential. Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and auto body repair is a plus. Strong understanding of materials handling practices. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are required. A commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in all aspects of work.
