Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to support the production of mission-critical components for defense systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision assembly and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electrical components for defense-related products such as radar systems, communication devices, or weapons systems. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance with military and industry standards. Handle and store materials in accordance with security protocols and export control regulations (e.g., ITAR compliance). Adhere to strict safety, cleanliness, and security procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in the aerospace or defense sector. Familiarity with IPC soldering standards helpful but not required Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work under minimal supervision. Proficiency with hand tools

Work Environment:

May require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with small components. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
