What We Offer:

Pay of $20.00 per hour
First Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM-2:45 PM

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand and power tools, and measuring instruments
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Forklift certification and OSHA safety awareness (preferred)
What You’ll Do as an

Assembler:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic parts of road construction machinery
Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and technical documents
Use a variety of tools and measurement devices to complete builds accurately
Inspect components for quality before progressing to the next assembly stage
Work with quality control to ensure adherence to safety and product standards
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during production
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Test completed machinery for proper functionality
Communicate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow
Document any process changes or defects encountered
