Truss Assembler- 1st Shift Position Available In Florence, South Carolina

• As a Truss Assembler, you’ll be hands-on in building structural wood components used in residential construction. Your work will directly support the creation of homes and communities, one frame at a time. • What You’ll Do
• + Assemble wood materials and other parts into finished truss products + Read and interpret design plans and measurements with precision + Operate tools such as tape measures, nail guns, staplers, hammers, and computer-aided systems + Follow established production processes and safety protocols + Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Support continuous improvement efforts in production operations + Communicate effectively and follow directions from the production manager •What We’re Looking For•

Required Qualifications:

• + Experience using hand and pneumatic tools (e.

g., nail/staple guns, hammers) + Ability to read tape measures and framing squares accurately + Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods + Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality + Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays + Must pass a drug screen and background check + Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Prior experience in truss or component assembly + Familiarity with wood manufacturing or construction environments + Comfort with computer-based production systems
