PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Truss Assemblers to join a thriving production team in Florence, SC. This full-time, first-shift role offers a consistent schedule—Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM—with the opportunity for overtime and occasional Saturday shifts.

As a Truss Assembler, you’ll be hands-on in building structural woodponents used in residential construction. Your work will directly support the creation of homes andmunities, one frame at a time. What You’ll Do
Assemble wood materials and other parts into finished truss products
Read and interpret design plans and measurements with precision
Operate tools such as tape measures, nail guns, staplers, hammers, andputer-aided systems
Follow established production processes and safety protocols
Inspect finishedponents for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean andanized work area
Support continuous improvement efforts in production operations
Communicate effectively and follow directions from the production manager
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Experience using hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., nailstaple guns, hammers)
Ability to read tape measures and framing squares accurately
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in truss orponent assembly
Familiarity with wood manufacturing or construction environments
Comfort withputer-based production systems

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $23.00 per hour
