As an
- Assembler
- you are an important part of a team responsible for assembling a component of a firearm or the entire firearm with your hands and basic hand tools.
The importance of being exact and accurate is critical.

- Essential functions:

- Follow safety procedures
- Perform assigned assembly department operations
- Understand / learn the nature and functionality of the products being assembled
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
- Accurately inspect firearms using visual, functional, and safety inspections
- Experience determining offsets and ability to adjust accordingly
- Test fire handguns and rifles as needed
- Troubleshoot fixtures
- Adhere and monitor standard operating procedures
- Communicate and notify supervisor when there are functional or cosmetic discrepancies
- Complete other duties assigned by Lead or Manager.
