Description:
The Tire Mold Disassembler is responsible for safely and efficiently disassembling tire molds for maintenance, cleaning, or storage. 2nd Shift = 3:30pm – 12:00am Essential Functions Disassemble tire molds using appropriate tools and techniques Inspect mold components for damage or excessive wear Clean parts and prepare them for reassembly or further processing Accurately label and organize disassembled parts Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work Environment Manufacturing-floor setting. Climate-controlled workspace. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Regular use of equipment. Moderate to high noise levels. The worker is subject to bodily injury from exposure to heavy-duty equipment.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing space. Ability to read and write in English. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching to access different areas of machinery and equipment. Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking. Strong attention to detail. Basic working knowledge of manufacturing principles and quality control methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
