The primary role of the Assembler is to assemble various temperature controls and interface products by performing the following duties. Essential Responsibilities Places parts in specified relationship to each other Support efforts in assigned area based on quality policy and work instructions. Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together. Cut, strip, and mount electrical wire in assemblies. Works at different workstations as production needs require. Organize parts to be assembled in a production type process. Consistently reaches established daily productivity goals. Clean and maintain work area. Other duties may be assigned. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Basic computer skills required. May be required to utilize an RF scanning equipment.
