Assembly Technician Mobile Vision Technologies 3043 Broad Avenue, Memphis, TN 38112 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a tech focused manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and technology aptitude and experience in fabricating and assembling components. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate parts as needed. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line processes and improve productivity. Troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during the assembly process, providing solutions as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a technology, electronics, factory, or manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Basic computer and electronic skills are a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
