Assembly Technician ADPma, LLC Piney Flats, TN 37686
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our aerospace production team. In this role, you’ll be assembling, testing, and inspecting complex components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation and production records Support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience—preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing—preferred but not required Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Experience with sheet metal is a plus W0NfvgjsnQ
