• Qualifications:

• ? High school diploma or equivalent.? Strong math skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and basic geometry.? Accurately read tape measure to 1/32, understand instructions, andinterpret basic drawings.? The strongest candidates will possess knowledge of machines (CNC &mechanical) and tools commonly used in steel fabrication, andproficiency with overhead cranes and forklift.

Core Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC plasma table including most efficient use of machine and materials
• Rig, load & unload material with overhead cranes & forklift
• Assist with press brake operation under the supervision of equipment operator
• Operate a variety of steel fabricating tools including grinders, torch, ironworker
• Quality control of own work as well as final quality control of product
• Packaging with pneumatic bander
• Help troubleshoot and prevent equipment problems
• Conduct pre-operation equipment safety check & participate in equipment preventive maintenance
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Identify opportunities for improving the work and actively participate in implementing solutions
• General duties as required to support the needs of the business
