Manufacturing Operations Manager Sonata Windows Flat Rock, AL 35966 Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Window manufacturing experience is a plus. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily Window manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes, quality, and safety. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies regarding safety and quality. Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of materials. Prepare reports on production metrics, performance indicators, and operational challenges for senior management. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role with a track record of successful operations management. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with production planning software and tools is advantageous.
