Monitor daily established KPI’s to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide root cause analysis of production and quality issues and make appropriate decisions based on risk analysis. Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed KPI’s when they are not met. Lead YFIMS and YF iOS plant floor initiatives to ensure Operations compliance. Communicate regularly with direct reports and management and supervise their performance in all functions including performance evaluation. Oversee staff levels within each department by shift and ensure not to exceed authorized levels. Monitor and control planned and unexpected overtime. Assure that all plant guidelines and procedures are adhered to. Provide Plant Manager a daily production update and weekly summary. Provide Plant manager monthly production information for monthly MOR. Position will typically have department managers reporting into; CI, Maintenance, Tooling, Launch, Engineering, Supply Chain and Production Managers.

Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote)

Bachelor’s Level Degree Area of Study:

Engineering Business Administration, Finance or similar. Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions. 7-10 Minimum Years of Experience with Production. 5-9 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Computer literacy. Proficient organizational skills. Excellent oral communication skills.
