Job Description:

A growing architectural millwork and custom wood fabricationcompany is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead shopoperations, ensure workflow efficiency, and drive quality acrossevery phase of production. This role is ideal for someone with astrong background in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodfabrication , and a proven ability to manage teams, schedules, andprojects in a high-detail, fast-paced environment. ?

KeyResponsibilities For A Production Manager :

Oversee day-to-dayproduction floor operations , including scheduling, resourceplanning, and quality control Manage a team of skilled fabricators,carpenters, finishers, and installers Ensure projects are completedon time, on budget, and to specification Read and interpretarchitectural drawings, shop drawings, and cut lists Coordinatewith project managers, engineers, and installers to alignproduction with field timelines Implement and enforce safetystandards and shop policies ?

Qualifications Of A ProductionManager :

5 years of experience in millwork or cabinetry production(with 2 years in a supervisory role preferred) Strong understandingof custom wood fabrication , joinery, and finishing techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsFamiliarity with CNC machinery, woodworking tools, and materials(MDF, hardwoods, veneers, etc.) Excellent leadership,organizational, and communication skills Proficient with productionmanagement software or ERP systems Detail-oriented,solutions-driven, and focused on quality
