Description TheProgram Manager will be responsible for: Drive internal teamsthrough dotted-line leadership, ensuring the right resources areassigned to meet program goals, budgets, and timelines while actingas the key liaison across departments and with senior leadership.

Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, risk mitigation plans,and schedules by collaborating with global engineering teams andexternal partners; proactively manage risks, resolve issues, andensure on-time, on-budget project completion. Regularly publishprogress reports, escalate challenges early, track risks and actionitems, and keep all stakeholders informed to maintain projectmomentum and customer satisfaction. Oversee procurement ofmaterials, supplies, and services necessary to keep projects ontrack; delegate and manage tasks effectively to drive execution,control costs, and minimize risks. Lead validation activities(IQ/OQ/PQ/MVP/TMV), drive process improvements, ensure accuratedocumentation, and coordinate training and manufacturing readinessto support successful project launches. Profile The successfulProgram Manager will have a background or experience as follows: 5years of experience in a technical field with a Bachelor’s degree(or 3 years with a Master’s degree), leading manufacturing launchesand transfer projects in an operations environment. Proven abilityto lead cross-functional teams, drive project managementactivities, and communicate effectively across all levels of theorganization, both written and verbally. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, using data-driven approaches to identifysolutions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate collaboration amongdiverse teams. Proficient in project management tools such as MSProject and PowerPoint, with a track record of delivering clear,compelling project presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international trips, tosupport project launches, team alignment, and customer engagement.
