This facility has been in operation for over 25 years and specializes in nutraceutical production. The ideal candidates will have experience in a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of nutraceutical manufacturing lines (blending, encapsulation, tablet pressing). Ensure compliance with

GMP, FDA

regulations, and company SOPs. Lead, train, and schedule production team members to achieve daily output and quality targets. Monitor production metrics and adjust workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Conduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with QA for inspections and documentation. Maintain accurate batch records and production logs in line with regulatory standards. Promptly report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns. Support and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvement initiatives. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist in training and onboarding new manufacturing team members.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year in a GMP production environment. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. PC proficiency. Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in high noise levels, disagreeable odors, and with various supplement materials. Must not have any allergies that could be aggravated in a nutraceutical manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish)

REQUIRED

Preferred Skills:

Experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production strongly preferred. ERP systems experience Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

Shifts Available:

First Shift:

6:00 a.m.•2:30 p.m.

Second Shift:

2:30 p.m.•11:00 p.m.

Pay Rate:
