Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (occasional Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities Summary Lead Production Operations:
Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
Champion Lean & Continuous Improvement:
Drive efficiency through 5S, waste elimination, and small group problem-solving.
Develop and Support Teams:
Mentor Supervisors, promote training, and build a strong, accountable team culture.
Ensure Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all policies and regulations.
Track Performance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs, report progress, and implement corrective actions for continuous growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
