With a modern headquarters in the Greater Miami area, this company is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader to work closely with the CEO and bring operational ideas to life. The Director/Manager of Manufacturing position offers a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of engineering excellence and manufacturing innovation. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director/Manager of Manufacturing position include: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics) Minimum of 8 years of RF engineering and electronics manufacturing leadership experience Bilingual in English and Spanish required Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with company vision and product innovation goals Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing team Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and product teams to bring new products to market Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and seamless transition from design to production Identify technological trends, evaluate innovative solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance Partner with supply chain and sales to align production capabilities with customer and business needs
Salary:
$140,000 – $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
