Production Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual Production Manager to lead our high-volume bottling and packing facility in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, while leading a team of 30+ employees. The ideal candidate is a team builder, problem solver, and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Experience with EOS Leadership is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Culture Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance and behavior expectations Promote a culture of trust, clarity, and discipline rooted in EOS leadership principles Develop and mentor supervisors, line leads, and team members Create an environment focused on teamwork, continuous learning, and operational pride 2. Production Oversight Oversee day-to-day production to ensure output meets demand and quality expectations Manage labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency Monitor KPIs and adjust plans as needed to meet operational goals 3. Safety & Compliance Champion a culture of safety and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and internal safety protocols Lead regular safety audits, training, and incident reviews Ensure the facility remains compliant with all regulations and company policies 4. Quality Assurance Ensure all finished goods meet or exceed company and customer specifications Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve product or equipment issues Uphold cleanliness and compliance with GMP standards 5. Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies—then lead structured solutions Introduce lean practices and drive performance improvements Support the company’s strategic growth goals through innovation and accountability

Requirements:

5+ years in a production leadership role (bottling, packaging, or manufacturing preferred) Experience leading teams of 30+ employees Bilingual•Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Proven track record of building high-performing teams Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and manufacturing best practices Experience with EOS Leadership or other structured business systems is a plus

Preferred:

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma Background in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods
