Plant Manager Position Available In Orange, Florida

We are expanding our manufacturing operations in USA and looking for an ambitious Plant Manager to lead the launch of our new facility located in Orlando city. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact initiative: establishing a modern manufacturing facility from the ground up, building a strong local team, and contributing directly to Teltonika’s global production network. In this role, you will: Oversee the setup and launch of the manufacturing facility Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality Hire and onboard key first-level leaders and essential staff Coordinate cross-functional departments.
