The ideal candidate will have a proven background in production leadership , deep knowledge of air filtration products , and a passion for continuous improvement . This role is essential to ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely, and meet the high standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production floor operations, scheduling, and workflow Lead and motivate production teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety regulations, and quality control standards Monitor and manage inventory levels, raw materials, and production output Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and warehouse teams Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency Train and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve workforce issues Track KPIs and report production metrics to senior leadership Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a production leadership role , preferably in HVAC or filtration manufacturing Strong knowledge of HVAC filters, materials, and production processes Proven ability to manage teams , set goals, and improve production efficiency Experience with lean manufacturing , inventory systems, and quality standards Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and production software tools (ERP/MRP experience preferred)

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
