Job Details Responsibilities:

Drive thedevelopment and launch of new products by collaborating withcross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and MarketingLead the full product lifecycle — from concept and market researchto rollout, pricing strategy, and post-launch performance Build andexecute product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market trends,and strategic business goals Identify and expand distributionopportunities, while managing in-store presentation, inventorylevels, and performance tracking Serve as a key voice of thecustomer (VOC), translating insights into actionable business casesand go-to-market strategies Manage product integration activitiesduring acquisitions and ensure smooth transitions Create andpresent product performance forecasts and go-to-market summaries toleadership Travel up to 25% as needed to support launches, customerengagement, or operational execution What you need for thisposition: 3 years of experience in product management, ideally withexposure to manufacturing or technical product environments Strongunderstanding of product development, go-to-market strategy, andlifecycle management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teamsand influence decision-making across departments Bachelor’s degreein Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus butnot required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills,including comfort presenting to stakeholders Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail in managing multiple prioritiesExperience working with distribution networks and channel sales ishighly preferred Comfortable with light travel (up to 25%)Interested in hearing more?
