Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for production, installation, and service? Do you thrive on building strong teams, streamlining operations, and delivering top-tier craftsmanship? If so, we want YOU as our Production Manager! As the head of our Production Department, you’ll oversee installations, service teams, and daily field operations, ensuring top-quality work in windows & doors. Your ability to hire, train, and motivate field staff will be key to our success. We need a dynamic communicator and hands-on trainer who can lead from the front, optimize workflows, and maintain a positive, results-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For:

7-10 years of installation/service experience Proven track record hiring & training field teams (install & service) Strong background in home improvement & general construction (windows, doors, structural, opening modifications, engineering, framing, stucco, soffits, fascia, and more) Expertise in window & door installations Experience leading medium to large production teams A team player with a leadership mindset Ability to visit and launch multiple offices throughout Florida If you’re ready to take charge, inspire a team, and drive success, apply today and let’s build something great together!
