- Role is Full Time on Site and will be at 2 job sites in St. Petersburg, FL and Lutz, FL

Production Manager:
- Oversee the company’s production processes to ensure they stay within budget and enhance efficiencies.
They are responsible for consistently finding ways to improve an organization’s production processes and structures. The Production Manager reviews employees and equipment items to determine areas for enhancement, builds strategies to maximize team performance, collaborates with other departments to set production goals, schedules routine maintenance, and maintains quality standards.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- : + Conducts inventory and places supply orders.
+ Manages the scheduling and performance of team members. + Regularly assess and enforces safety standards in all areas. + Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). + Evaluates Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of equipment and employees. + Analyzes equipment and processes to assess current and future state needs. + Directs a multi-shift operation. + Monitors equipment run time and performance. + Motivates, supports, and guides production staff. + Ensures all safety and health standards are met. + Communicates regularly with leadership regarding problems or issues impacting production. + Evaluates machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
