The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve operational goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize production processes. Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively to meet production targets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a manufacturing management role with a strong understanding of production processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
