Job Requirements

Familiarity with CNC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting (preferred)

Preferred Skills
Experience supervising CNC machining operations
Ability to analyze and improve production processes for efficiency

Job Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met
Manage and support a team of machinists and operators in daily tasks
Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
Assist with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
Pay Details:
