Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure efficient production, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process optimization, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines. Oversee and coordinate production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources, equipment, and personnel. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve operational goals. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality assurance) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate production reports and analyze data to drive decision-making. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must work on-site in Cochran, GA (no remote option).
