Production Manager Whiskey Grail LLC 508 East Olliff Street, Statesboro, GA 30458 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. The Production Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing productivity while ensuring safety and compliance within the factory environment. Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets. Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Oversee the operation of assembly lines, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to support production tasks as needed. Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards throughout the manufacturing process. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing facility, with a focus on production management or supervisory roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with factory operations, including assembly line processes and warehouse management. Proficient in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to fabrication tasks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
