Environmental Compliance Manage compliance with EPA, RCRA, SPCC, SWPPP, and stormwater regulations Oversee hazardous/non-hazardous waste management and Synthetic Minor air permit programs Conduct environmental inspections, sampling, and reporting Ensure adherence to industrial wastewater treatment regulations Health & Safety Program Leadership Lead implementation and improvement of life safety programs (LOTO, confined space, hot work, etc.) Facilitate Safety Committee meetings and site-wide safety initiatives Oversee training, including new hire orientations and safety sessions Serve as incident command leader for emergency response and readiness Process Safety & Risk Management Administer the PSM program, conduct audits and PHAs Conduct risk assessments, JHAs, and site inspections Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions Competencies Initiative Problem Solving/Analysis Regulatory Knowledge Process Safety Management Communication Proficiency Environmental Compliance Occupational Health & Safety Incident Management Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent EHS experience 5+ years of EHS leadership in a chemical manufacturing environment Advanced knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, and PSM regulations salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
