WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire Teams:
Manage and develop represented hourly personnel in a production environment to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.
Foster Collaboration:
Build strong working relationships with hourly employees and cross-functional partners to promote teamwork and a culture of accountability.
Oversee Daily Operations:
Supervise aircraft maintenance or manufacturing activities, ensuring safe practices and process adherence.
Utilize Production Systems:
Leverage Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems to monitor performance, schedule adherence, and workflow efficiency.
Drive Communication:
Facilitate effective team meetings, briefings, and one-on-one discussions with employees to support performance and development.
Support Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements while contributing to Lean initiatives.
Ensure Compliance:
Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, any policies, and regulatory standards.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 – $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
