Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly targets. Work with Engineering to develop SOPs and WIs for all production related processes and tasks that are suitable to train on and serve as references during those processes and tasks. Lead, train on, and mentor production staff performance on the SOPs and WIS to assure consistency and maximize efficiency and quality of performance. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations. Monitor production schedules, resolve issues, and implement process improvements. Collaborate with quality control to maintain high manufacturing standards. Communicate with the warehouse manager to address any materials issues Maintain accurate production records and reports. Develop and maintain KIP’s that are used to communicate production status daily Address equipment or material issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing principles. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is a plus. Strategic thinker with an eye for continuous improvement Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
