M-F days salary: $80,000•$90,000 per year

education: Associate Responsibilities Oversees value stream operations with responsibility for budgeting, financial reporting, and achieving cost and performance targets. Leads the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Manages standardization systems and ensures alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA, HACCP, and SQF. Key responsibilities include developing KPIs to track performance, fostering team collaboration, maintaining excellent customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Drives cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations. Coaches and develops employees, implements structured training, and promotes a culture focused on results, safety, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred. 5-7 years of manufacturing experience; 3-5 years in management. Skilled in Microsoft Office, project management, and Lean manufacturing. Knowledge of quality systems, team development, and problem-solving. Experience with plastic extrusion or injection molding preferred. Ability to interpret data, resolve conflicts, and present to executive audiences.
