This leadership role involves collaborating with department managers to optimize operations, develop staff, and align activities with company goals. As a key decision-maker, the Plant Manager ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities Safety and Compliance Facilitate an efficient work environment prioritizing safety, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations while upholding quality and environmental standards. Operational Management Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet delivery deadlines and optimize efficiency. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and proactively address potential risks. Monitor and manage labor and operational costs, implementing strategies to enhance profitability. Leadership and Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and teams to build a high-performing workforce while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Partner with HR to address staffing needs, employee development, and workplace concerns. Strategic and Financial Oversight Analyze operational data and financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicate potential risks and propose proactive solutions to the President. Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with Marglen Industries’ long-term goals.
