We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experiencedBi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Permanent Production Manager to joinour team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is a keyleadership role within our organization. It will be responsible formanaging all aspects of our production line, ensuring the highestlevels of efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in food safety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, GFSI,bakery production, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, andQuality Control.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of theproduction process, ensuring that products are manufactured ontime, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,including food safety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, and GFSI. Implement andmaintain Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency andminimize waste. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhanceproduction quality, efficiency, and safety. Manage and develop ateam of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork,accountability, and high performance. Coordinate with otherdepartments such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance toensure smooth operation and to address any issues promptly. Developand maintain production schedules and manage production resourcesto meet these schedules. Regularly report on production performanceand progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in a production management role within the Manufacturingindustry. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience with foodsafety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, GFSI, and bakery production. Strongknowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Improvementmethodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team,with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplaceculture. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability tothink strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. Strongorganizational skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in the use ofMicrosoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
